Azimut Exploration Inc. and Channel Resources Ltd. announce the signing of a Letter of Intent regarding the West Bienville uranium exploration property. Channel can acquire from Azimut a 50% interest in the property by investing a total of $1.7 million in exploration work over a 5-year period, together with an additional 15% interest upon delivery of a bankable feasibility study.
