A Brampton woman is dead, but a baby girl survived after the minivan they were riding in flipped on Highway 400 early yesterday morning. Barrie OPP say Rukhsana Farooq, 43, died after the 2006 Dodge Caravan she was a passenger in left the highway and rolled into the west-side ditch.
